Messy Play Mondays – Provides sensory and fine motor skill based learning opportunities for children aged 18 months to 4 years. Children get to explore, be curious, get messy, an dhave fun in our classes. Plus, we clean up the mess! Can’t get much better than that! (Parent/Guardian participation is required).
Little Tyke Soccer – This FUN indoor soccer league will get your little one out of the house this winter and let them burn off some energy in the gym while learning to beginner soccer skills. The soccer teams are parent-led so please let us know if you are interested in coaching a team.
Spelling Bee* – Spelling Bee of Canada (SBOC) is an educational organization that encourages youth, parents, teachers and the community at large to participate in the education process and celebrate academic achievement.
Little Scientist* – Come and participate in fun experiments based on age appropriate understanding of science.
Youth Yoga – This beginner yoga class focuses on stretching, poses, fitness and fun.
Cheer – This class has a focus on flexibility, an introduction to some tumbling skills (cart wheels, rolls etc.), cheerleading jumps, and basic (safe) stunting.
Math Kangaroo* – The Canadian Math Kangaroo is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit organization which aims to spread the joy of mathematics. The CMKC Corporation is administered by mathematicians and teachers of mathematics who cooperate with other professionals in order to provide an atmosphere and conditions suitable for motivating students to learn.
Jazz – This is an introduction to jazz dancing. It is a non-competitive class that focuses on movement and fun.
Floor Hockey – This is an open gym type class. The focus is on fun, recreational hockey with others in the community. The class will be monitored. They will make teams and supervise, but participants must conduct themselves respectfully during play.
Home Alone – This course is 2.5 hours designed to provide children aged 10-14 years with the necessary skills and knowledge to be safe and responsible when home alone for short periods of time.

Babysitting Basics – This course is aimed at 11 to 16 year olds interested in taking responsibility for younger children. Content in the 6.5 hour class (30 min for lunch break) includes safety practices, child care basics, introductory first aid and activities to try. Hands on participation and skill development are the focus. Note: There are 12 seats available.
Pilates - A multi-level class by a certified instructor that will strengthen your core and back, creating better posture and body awareness while improving all over tone. A Pilates or yoga mat is required as well as comfortable clothing.Classes will be done barefoot.
Zumba - is a fun, high-energy fitness class suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It is exercise in disguise! Listen to some great music and have a good time while getting fit. No experience is necessary. Wear comfortable workout clothes and indoor running shoes.
Adult Bootcamp- Bootcamp involves a variety of high intensity workouts.
