Pilates - A multi-level class by a certified instructor that will strengthen your core and back, creating better posture and body awareness while improving all over tone. A Pilates or yoga mat is required as well as comfortable clothing.Classes will be done barefoot.
Zumba - is a fun, high-energy fitness class suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It is exercise in disguise! Listen to some great music and have a good time while getting fit. No experience is necessary. Wear comfortable workout clothes and indoor running shoes.
