Refund Policy (All Programs)
Our refund policy applies to all programs, including but not limited to soccer, baseball, softball, and other seasonal or training activities.
Before Teams or Groups Are Formed:
A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from any refund requested prior to team or group formation.
After Teams or Groups Are Formed:
Once teams, groups, or schedules have been created, a 25% administrative fee will apply to all refund requests.
After the Season or Program Has Begun:
No refunds will be issued after the first scheduled game, session, or class unless the program is cancelled by the organization.
Team Impact Clause:
If approving a refund would result in a team, group, or class being withdrawn or falling below the minimum number of participants required, no refund will be issued.
Medical Withdrawals:
Refunds due to injury or illness may be considered with a doctor’s note and are subject to the same administrative fees.
Partial refunds may be granted at the discretion of the organization.
